Frequently Asked Questions

If you choose the free pickup option. You can pick up Thu-Sat between the hours of 8am-6pm (Note: Pickup time must be scheduled via email). If your order is being shipped in the US you will receive the order in 5-7 business days( sooner in most cases) Internationally order delivery depends on the carrier service. It normally takes about 14-21 days to arrive.

Email confirmations will be sent after your purchase and tracking will also be emailed to you within 48 hours

If you do not receive your order in a timely fashion or you have information that is has been delivered please send email to misfits3in1@gmail.com  with order and tracking number

Returns are accepted within 7 Business days. Products must be clean new no stains or damage. Customer is responsible for he return fees. Full refund or store credit can be given as long as the items are returned int he original condition. Refunds are given in the original form of payment 

Exchanges are accepted as long as the items are in the original condition. Exchanges must be made within 3 days of purchase
